Sabio Environmental LLC — Return & Refund Policy

30 days to change your mind. You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. No interrogation, no guilt trip — just email info@4monictechnology.com with your order number and the reason (the reason helps us improve, not to judge you).
What we ask in return. Items should come back unused, in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included. Items that are damaged through use, missing components, or returned after the 30-day window may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How the process works.

Email us at info@4monictechnology.com — we reply with return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.

Ship the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered — in those cases, we cover it.

Once the return arrives and passes inspection (usually within 5 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method.
When the money lands. After we approve the refund, banks and card networks typically take 5–10 business days to post it. If 15 business days pass and nothing appears, contact us and we'll trace it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Skip the standard process — email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund, no return shipping required unless we specifically ask for the item back.
Non-returnable situations. Gift cards, clearance items marked "final sale," and items returned without prior authorization.
Exchanges. The fastest route: return the original for a refund and place a new order.
International returns. We accept returns from every country we ship to — worldwide. Mark the parcel clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges; any customs fees caused by incorrect labeling may be deducted from the refund.
